DESCRIPTION:San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles is honored to extend an invitation to members and non-members to our First Textile Sustainability Swap. \n \nWe are taking next steps to shed light on how detrimental the overconsumption of textiles is globally. Our Textile Sustainability Swap event seeks to interconnect members of our community through education and the arts with this textile-filled program. \nOn October 1. 2022 the doors to our museum will be open to members who would like to participate in a clothing swap. \nNot a member of our museum? You can become a member and participate in all upcoming Swaps: January 14. 2023 & April 29. 2023. Additionally receive access to exhibitions around the year + perks. As a non-member you have access to our Swap through a $15 donation. \nThe Textile Sustainability Swap will provide educational content\, networking opportunities and the joint love for textiles and the arts. \nWe look forward to connecting\, meeting and swaping our gently used textiles on October 1. 2022!
